Sports mobility sessions have been running at the college since May 2006 and have become increasingly popular. The sessions are designed to encourage people to exercise, as much as their individual disability will allow, and to have fun doing it. Until this term, we were restricted in what we could do because of the lack of equipment. Because of the money provided by "Sports Relief" through the "Devon Community Foundation" at Tiverton, we now have a range of equipment, which allows us to organise a greater variety of games, and team events, which encourages people to exercise. My objective as a tutor is to provide some beneficial, but at the same time, enjoyable forms of exercise, this has been made a lot easier with the arrival of this new equipment.
