Radio Gemini have recently donated £1,000 to support the ACE art classes. Money will be used to purchase materials and resources for Textiles, Arts and Crafts and Pottery.

The money has already been put to good use purchasing the fabrics and sewing machines to create stunning pieces based on 20^th Century Artists. The work is on show at the Lighthouse Gallery in Brixham College. The Gallery is open to visitors who should call at Brixham College main reception for access. 

Alongside textiles are masks, ‘op art pots, Andy Warhol style prints, and kinetic sculptures. It really is an eye opener demonstrating the fantastic abilities of people with disabilities.

As Chris Wardley, the ACE Chair person, said “Our motto is to keep on fighting back. Things may not work so well but we can always find ways around it to succeed”.
