·         Gill has researched a roll up mat type and has found that astro turf is the cheapest

·         South Devon College cannot help with funding due to government cuts but are willing to support ACE in the current way. Brixham College also has the will to support the group

·         The work on the garden was commended and the trustees agreed to buy appropriate gifts for the caretaking team

·         CW to invite the Princess Royal to open the completed garden

·         Careworkers could make up time missed through closures by going to the full day Slimbridge meeting
